The summer of 2017 was a whirlwind – finishing undergrad, touring grad schools, and traveling across the East Coast to interview my friends for my St. Mary’s Undergraduate Research Fellowship. This was the brightest, funnest, and most creative summer of my life, which culminated in a short documentary about diverse representation in media.
Coming back to this project a decade later, I’m struck by how much this project meant to me and the trajectory it set my life upon. It may seem disparate from my current artistic production, but I want to honor its place in my heart with a place on my website.
